The Philippines consists officially of 7107
islands of which only 2000 are inhabited,
only about 500 are larger than 1 sq km
and 2500 aren't even named. If you were
to spend only a day on each it would take you over 20 years!
The Climate is typically tropical - hot and
humid all year - round. The seasons can
roughly be divided into the dry season
(January-June) and the wet season
(July-December). January is usually the
coolest month and May the hottest, but
the average temperature is usually
around 25C through the year.
The best time to travel is from December
